The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th September 2026.
- One voucher per pair.

- You MUST check in at the shop 15 minutes before your experience starts. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the start of your experience.
- Prosecco can be exchanged for a non-alcoholic drink.
- The experience will start on time and any latecomers will be unable to join the experience and no refund will be given.
- This experience is only suitable for people aged 18 and over.
- The experiences include walking around our farm tracks which may be rough, bumpy or muddy. We cannot authorise wheelchairs, push-chairs or walking aids on any experience for these reasons.
- If rain is forecast, your booking may be rearranged.
- Alcohol Age Restrictions - Alcohol will be served to over 18s only. If you’re lucky enough to look under this age, you will be asked to show proof of age.
- Allergies or Intolerances - Please make us aware when you complete your booking. Please note: we are unable to change or swap items on the day.
- All of our walks require a degree of physical fitness. You will have to be able to walk unaided for between 30 and 90 minutes. If you are unable to do this, we would advise that the walks would be unsuitable.
- All experiences require a minimum number of attendees. If this minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule your booking to the next available slot.
- Failure to attend your experience will result in loss of the experience and no refund will be given. You will also be unable to move the experience to a later date.
- We reserve the right to refuse your participation of the experience if we feel it is a risk to your own safety or we feel you will not be able to keep up with the group. If this happens no refund will be given.
- Non-alcholic alternative to prosecco available.

- Vouchers are valid for redemption for three months from purchase date.
