The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th November 2026.
- One voucher per person or per pair, as per your chosen option.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- You must check in at the shop 15 minutes before your experience starts - arriving 30 minutes prior to the start of your experience is recommended.
- The experience will start on time and any latecomers will be unable to join the experience and no refund will be given.
- On arrival, sign in at the PukkaPaca Shop to receive your colour-coded wristband, which must be worn at all times. Lost or damaged wristbands will result in refusal of participation.
- Kids between 12–15 must also be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) - Ratio of junior to adult 2:1
- 16–17 years olds cannot have responsibility for anyone under 16 years of age.
- Ages 18+ can be responsible for anyone under the age of 16 in correct adult to child ratios.
- Experiences take place on farm tracks that may be rough, muddy, or uneven - wheelchairs, pushchairs & walking aids are not permitted.
- A reasonable level of fitness is required, as you must be able to walk unaided for 30–90 minutes.
- Experiences run in all weather unless unsafe.
- Please dress accordingly—umbrellas are not allowed for safety reasons, but rain ponchos are available to purchase on-site.
- All experiences require a minimum number of attendees; if not met, bookings may be rescheduled.
- Failure to attend will result in loss of the experience with no refund or rescheduling. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a safety risk or you may be unable to keep up with the group—no refunds will be given in such cases.
