The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 20th March 2026.
- We will instruct all visitors how to feed, pet and interact with the alpacas safely and only within your own comfort level.
- We do have on site parking but limited spaces.
- No toilets on site, sorry.
- Access to the alpacas is through a horse field.
- Please wear suitable footwear (the access field can get quite muddy in wet weather).
- In the winter months the ground may not be suitable for prams, wheelchairs or those of limited mobility.
- Only feed the alpacas the food provided as some foods are poisonous to alpacas.
- Children MUST be supervised at all times.
- We do ask for a small deposit to secure bookings.
- No shows are non refundable, please call at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to help cancel or rearrange.
- All sessions are weather permitting and refunds or a new booking will be given in the case of cancellation due to weather.
- Open all year except Christmas day.
- Please DO NOT chase the alpacas (or the staff!)
- May buy multiples as gifts.

- Vouchers are valid for redemption for two months from purchase date.
