The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th November 2026.
- One voucher per person or per pair.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Must redeem.
- 24 hour cancellation policy.
- You MUST check in at the shop 15 minutes before your experience starts. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the start of your experience.
- The experience will start on time and any latecomers will be unable to join the experience and no refund will be given.
- All experiences require a minimum number of attendees. If this minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule your booking to the next available slot.
- 10–15 years old - must have adult spectator to accompany them.
- 16–17 years old - responsible for self, cannot have responsibility for anyone under 15 years of age.
- 18+ - can be responsible for anyone under the age of 16 in correct adult to child ratios.
- All of our walks require a degree of physical fitness. You will have to be able to walk unaided for between 30 and 90 minutes. If you are unable to do this, we would advise that the experience would be unsuitable.
- Our experiences run in all weathers unless deemed unsafe. Please dress appropriately for your experience according to the weather forecast. Umbrellas cannot be taken on our experiences as they pose a health and safety risk to our animals. Rain ponchos are available to buy in our shop.
- Upon arrival, please sign in at our PukkaPaca Shop. You will receive a wristband which is colour coded to your experience. Every attendee must wear their wristband throughout the experience.
- Loss, damage or failure to present a wristband will unfortunately mean you cannot take part in your experience.
- We reserve the right to refuse your participation of the experience if we feel it is a risk to your own safety or we feel you will not be able to keep up with the group. If this happens, no refund will be given.
- Subject to availability.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for three months from purchase date.
