4* Hilton Leicester City Break: 1 or 2 Nights with Breakfast, Two-Course Dinner, Wine & Leisure Access for Two

We arrived at reception and was greeted pleasantly and given our room cards which we had 2 of, we booked the n for our evening meal and was given our voucher for the bottle of wine which we could use in the bar or restaurant. Our room was at the far end of the hotel which was lovely and quiet as there was a wedding party staying in the hotel, it was clean and had an iron and ironing board and a fan which was good as the windows didn’t open very wide and the room was warm, there was a sofa and a very large tv, the bathroom had complimentary toiletries by the sink and in the shower. We booked to use the pool and the sauna steam room and spa pool, again it was busy but we still managed to use them with no issues. We arrived Friday for a 2 night stay, Saturday we walked across the road to fosse retain park which was great for a bit of retail therapy. Our overall stay was really good and we would book to stay again.

The process of ordering and getting the voucher was easy and all straight forward. The hotel had our details as expected and although I had a paper copy they didn’t need it. We were expecting to pay for parking but as there were problems at the hotel that weekend it was free. It was disappointing that the hotel swimming pool was shut because of a problem with gas services in the area so although nothing to do with Wowcher our experience of the hotel was poor.

I was celebrating my Partner birthday and our Anniversary. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are Standard and outdated abit. But we enjoyed our stay as much as we can. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely great stay at the Hilton Leicester. Very warm and welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble. The room was spot on. High standard of cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Efficient check in given all appropriate information. Easy to book into the leisure centre on line. Not too many in the pool. Sauna, steam room and pool just right. Perhaps replace the broken/removed spinner in the ladies changing room. A two course evening meal with a very palatable bottle of Sauvignon included in the deal. Not a huge choice on the menu but perfectly adequate and good variety offered. Tasty and quality dishes served. Very attentive restaurant staff. Breakfast was also included in the wowcher deal. Again, very good quality and choices offered. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay and fantastic value for money.

Yeah stayed here couple of times now .....lovely meal, big rooms ,...pool and steam sauna ...great .

Wowcher deal. Dinner, bed, breakfast and wine. Easy to find, very convenient from the M1. We took a bus into Leicester, very easy. Right opposite Fosse Park if you love shopping.

Unfortunately the Hilton Leicester had no gas supply, so no hot water and limited menu. We had to make our own last minute arrangements to stay elsewhere at quite an expense. I would have left 0/5 but site would not accept this.
