Nice hotel, friendly service. The pool area is not well manned and even though there is plenty of signage up regarding no jumping or splashing, there were plenty not abiding by the rules making it a bit unpleasant for others.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Lovely facilities. Only downside is you can only swim for an hour and you have to pre book the timings which is somewhat restrictive.

I booked for a stay, only ended up been two of us me and my daughter, and it was lovely. I’d return to the hotel. Food was great!! Pool first night 4-5pm was busy but expected. The next morning we went back early and it was so quiet was lovely. Definitely great value

Lovely hotel, shame that the spa/pool was fully booked when we arrived and unfortunately the evening meal was a 1 hour and half wait for mains and another 1 hour for desserts. Breakfast was fantastic though and the rooms really were beautiful. Thank you for having us.

Fantastic hotel, food good but took very long to arrive 1 hr 45 mins to reach our table! Sauna room and steam room five * The water was a bit misty probably needs to be cleaned more frequently. Hotel staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly breakfast five star you definitely need a car for this location.

The hotel itself was nice but it was extremely hot in the room. There is no Aircon and safety windows are in place so I couldn't open them. Struggled to sleep because of the heat.

Would not recommend, the food was terrible and service was even worse in the restaurant the room wasn’t the cleanest and there was no cordial and the wine u cannot even pick it’s only red wine apparently.

our room was large but not up to 4 star standards with some grubby parts to it, for example the radiator was badly marked, walls were marked and the shower taps had the front covers missing. The dinner was in a room that was like a weatherspoons but with really terrible service. After 40 minutes still had no drinks. took an hour to get my meal and my wife's meal came 30 minutes later after I had finnished mine. No way that this is 4 star service. The food was good when it finally came, but the place didn't even look that busy. I won't be going back. At £130.00 a night mid week in November, it was really bad value.

Hi This was very good value for a stay in a nice clean hotel room with large comfortable beds. The pool was nice and the staff in the leisure facility were very accommodating. The temperature of the pool was fresh but when you had got in it was comfortable. My wife enjoyed the steam room and sauna and the gym was well equipped. The breakfast was okay and had a variety of things that you might expect. Dinner was poor, the staff didn’t communicate with each other resulting in us repeating requests and our food being delayed from the kitchen, so what would have been a nice pizza was dry and the fish was over done. They were out of the house wine and a suitable replacement was found. We probably should have complained but had a young daughter who needed here sleep.
