- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 19th March 2026.
- One voucher per one, two or four people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- £5pp surcharge for weekend, Bank Holidays and School Holidays bookings.
- Please note it's one alpaca between two people or two alpacas between four people.
- Under 10s may join the walk but will be unable to lead the alpaca independently; 10-year old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Under 3s may join the walk but the terrain is unsuitable for a pushchair, toddlers must be in a carrier or adults must be certain that their child can walk the whole distance.
- No dogs permitted.
- Must wear suitable clothing.
- Guests will be required to sign a health and safety waiver before the experience.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early.
- Lateness- Must be checked in 5 minutes before walk start

- Walk leader may take photos for advertising purposes unless informed otherwise.
- 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
