- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings from 19th Feb until 31st December 2025.
- General Entry for one person - valid for off peak only – Weekdays excluding School holidays.
- General Entry with Prosecco for one person - Valid on any date including weekends and school holidays.
- All tickets must be pre-booked via The View from The Shard’s website.
- All Sales Final.
- No refunds will be given after 14 days and no refunds once a voucher is redeemed.
- Ticket(s) are valid only for the date and time listed.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or older. ID Required.
- Alcoholic drinks may be swapped for a non-alcoholic alternative.
- Bookings must be made at least 24-Hours in advance.
- Voucher cannot be redeemed on the same day as the intended visit or in person at the venue.
- Unused vouchers cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded, regardless of circumstance.
- Single use only.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
