The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 23rd December 2025.
- One voucher per person.
- Multiples may be purchased as gifts.
- Bookings are final once confirmation email is sent.
- Cancellation policy applies.
- Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice.
- Third-party vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable (e.g., external gift cards).
- BYOB Policy: Guests must bring their own cups/drinking vessels.
- This is a working studio with tools, kilns, blow torches, and machinery.
- Guests assume all risk and must follow safety instructions.
- Unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
- Minors (under 18) may attend only non-BYOB/family sessions; BYOB events are strictly 18+.
- Guardians are fully responsible for minors’ safety and behaviour.
- Pets are not allowed, except pre-approved assistance dogs, which must remain leashed and controlled.
- Disruptive animals will be asked to leave.
- By bringing minors or pets, you waive all claims against Token Studio for injury, damage, or incidents involving them.
- Late changes incur a £15/person fee (peak slots) or forfeited ticket.
- Force Majeure: No refunds for events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics).
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and mandatory safety briefing.
- Late arrivals (>10 mins) are refused entry with no refund or rescheduling.
- All group members must arrive on time; partial groups cannot join mid-session.
- The merchant reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests before, during, or after sessions for disruptive or intoxicated behaviour (especially during BYOB), abusive behaviour toward staff, or non-compliance with safety, minors, or pets policies.
- Immediate forfeiture of tickets/fees will apply.
- Unclaimed pieces after 60 days will be donated to charity; associated costs are non-refundable.
