- Vouchers are available during school holidays and at weekends.
- Bookings must be made in advance; weekends are very busy and can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
- Must arrive 15 minutes before booking. if you are going to be late, please inform the merchant.
- Any bookings more than 15 minutes late your booking will be cancelled as a no show.
- 48-hour cancellation.
- This experience is from age 8 upwards.
- This is a group event, with a maximum of 14 participants. Spectator fees apply for anyone accompanying an experienced participant. £10 per person for a spectator, payable on the day in cash.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult participant or adult spectator.
- Please be aware that this experience is weather permitting. In case of extreme wind, snow, or high temperatures, the event may be cancelled and rearranged to suit. If in doubt, please contact the merchant directly.
