Lovely place, friendly & helpful staff, great food & great facilities. This was my second stay here & I have already booked a third. It would benefit from air con in the bedrooms though as the small fan didn't help much in over 30 degree heat. The spa facilities & gym were loively though we had a really relaxing time & the food is excellent, plentiful & tasty Looking forward to my next stay.

Nice friendly staff on check in, easy booking process, lovely room, great gym & spa facilities we had plenty to do. Food was delicious & nicely presented both dinner & breakfast. I like it so much I have booked 2 more trips! There was a fan in the room but it was very hot, that was my only concern.

The building, bedrooms and food were wonderful as were the grounds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bossanova covers of pop songs got very annoying after a while as that is all they played. …for hours ! The spa is a bit grubby and the floors needed to be wiped more frequently. There is a giant massage tap/water feature that wasn’t working and crusted with limescale. The pool and steam sauna aren’t much to get excited about -just like a normal gym. It didn’t feel very spa like and does not look like the photos. It all seemed grubby and rundown. Sauna was dusty. The relaxation rooms were nice with the heated beds and peaceful. Go for a hotel stay with a pool rather than a spa getaway.

I gave 4 stars because the sauna was not as it shouild be. everthing else was great, i would recommend it. You would enjoy all that it has to offer, along with helpful friendly staff.

Lovely surroundings for a relaxing spa overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at evening dinner and breakfast was fantastic. My daughter and I enjoyed our massage but didn't have time to use the relaxation room afterwards as we had a late appointment and the relaxation room closed at 6.30pm. This was our only real disappointment. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

What a gem of a place .. lovely location /staff friendly and attentive made to feel welcome although our stay /room big and spacious/showers with hot water beautiful views /food was outstanding/spa was lovely /could not say anything negative about this beautiful hotel. Will definitely be coming back .

This is my second visit and it was as good as my first. The treatments are well priced and very good. The wonderful hotel staff are so friendly and helpful , the rooms are spacious and very clean, the pool is amazing , and the food is top quality . The afternoon tea looked amazing, I didn’t have one because I was saving myself for my fabulous dinner , maybe next time .

I wanted changed the date but athough I repeatedly tried to get in touch with greensward they were unhelpful and impossible to speak or get in touch with anyone so lost the whole voucher I will never book them again !!

Unfortunately the service was not as good as on previous visits....not sure if that was just an off night or generally declined. Some of the restaurant staff lacked polish
