Good value break in an excellent location for Box Hill and Denbies Vineyard. Everything was good from checking in until checking out. This was our second booking this year which speaks for itself. Very friendly and efficient staff. The Emlyn restaurant was very nice and the food was good. The set menu had some nicice choices. Would certainly book again.

I thought it was really great value, the bed was extremely comfortable and I had a wonderful nights sleep, we had dinner and breakfast and the food both times was really nice, my only two negatives where the sun beds where like rocks to lie on and the pool was a little dirty, but I do appreciate it was absolutely heaving the day before and I did see a man cleaning the pool the night before and there is only so much you can do, i would definitely go back and stay there again.

A very enjoyable stay.A good room,with a bottle of Prosecco as well,although a little bit of traffic noise from main road,a rear facing room would have been better.Would recommend adding the dinner option,it was 3 courses and truly delicious.Breakfast was excellent as well.We were blessed with great weather and the outdoor pool was fantastic giving us a good on holiday feeling. Would definitely recommend this deal

We had a Wonderful stay here. Room was very clean and with great facilities. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Disappointed this time. 3rd Time we've stayed at the Burford Bridge hotel for bed, breakfast and dinner in the Emlyn restaurant. Not once has the Emlyn been open for guests, we always have to eat in the bar. Since it has recently been taken over Wowcher customers are given a very inferior menu to choose from, rather like a childs menu, without the option to pay a suppliment to choose from the main menu. Breakfast is no longer freshly cooked to order, Breakfast now all pre cooked and self service. Although a good choice, soggy and luke warm. Having said that, the Lido is amazing and the staff extremely courteous, cheerful, kind and helpful.

Yet another wonderful stay at this great hotel literally steps away from brilliant walks. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you could possibly hope for. Rooms are very comfortable with great linens/ towels. Breakfast is a wonderful experience with views of the Surrey hills.

Fantastic stay with 2 course dinner and breakfast I booked this hotel on a deal and couldn’t have been happier. Although the rooms are very dated and in need of an update the downstairs areas and staff more than make up for this. Stephen on reception went above and beyond to welcome us and attend to our every need. Mary who served us in the restaurant offered us a customer service that I have not experienced in years, exceptional. The food was excellent, the free parking directly opposite the hotel was very convenient and the start of a hiking trail next to the hotel made this the perfect get away for us.

Credit to the staff. Brilliant! We had a lovely stay. The staff were amazing and so friendly, especially Mary and Adam. Great food. Loved the bar area, very stylish. The rooms were spotless. Good choice of menu. Parking very close. Nice pub garden and dog friendly.

5 star food and peaceful location Got this on a deal , fantastic peaceful location Stephen on reception helped us so much a credit to company room beau, evening meal was fantastic and the food and beverage manager was beyond helpful. Also barman.sadly we needed to use the hotel for a early start funeral. But would recommend for a quite relax break.
