Our booking included breakfast which was fine. Free parking for disabled blue badge holders also. Location is great on Eastcliff facing the sea.

The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. And the outdoor swimming pool area was clean and very relaxing

Amazing large sea view room with an enormous balcony with loungers . Hotel clean and staff friendly . Good buffet breakfast nice to be able to make your own pot of Hot tea. The two evening meals we had were good and arrived hot but there is some delay on the prep in the kitchen as it took some time to arrive at the table . The system needs reviewing. Overall a good two night break and handy for bus stops right outside. . Pool area a bonus but not brave enough to test the water . Next time !

Lovely helpful friendly staff, comfy bed warm clean room plenty of hot water. Breakfast was really good.
It's just the hotel it's self desperately needs some TLC , cracked mirrors, bedside tables needed varnishing and a general tidy up all round.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for the beach and walking into town.
The staff are really nice and extremely friendly and the food we consumed was very tasty.
The leisure facilities were pretty good and the view from our balcony was very pleasant.
The hotel is also pet friendly.
We had a really good stay.

Our annual visit never disappoints! Firstly, we have to state we are a party of 60 odd who attend this hotel every year. We definitely missed Niki and her crew for dinner service on Friday and Saturday, having deserts served at 10pm was little late. The food itself was good, breakfast more than adequate and hot food especially commended by serverable people. The rooms are looking tired but that is absolutely costed into the hotels rates and the staff overall very willing to assist however they can. Sea views you cant fault and one that is perfect to wake up to or view sunrise/sunset. Absolutely sure we will be back next year for more of the same but perhaps one extra pair of hands for dinner??! Thankyou!

Lovely The hotel is a little tired but excellent value for money . Josephine on reception is exceptional a real asset to the hotel . Also Freya was the most helpful waitress we’ve experienced for some time . We would definitely have a return visit . The value for money as unbeatable although the buffet style breakfast could do with being much hotter

5 Star Stay DISABLED Freindly . We arrived for a 1 night stay expecting a family room fitted for a disabled member of our party, we were given 2 Ground floor family rooms ,one with an easy access shower that only needed a Shower Seat the other with a bath. Both rooms were very Big with a king size bed and a pull out Sofa bed both VERY COMFY. My Wife was so comfy she actually slept soundly all night even with the pains she to put up with for the first time in 6 years. House keeping lady was realy nice and friendly in fact All the Staff where Happy to help in any way we asked. Breakfast was a Buffet style for cooked , and then a selection of Cold buffet and cerial. The ONLY thing missing was a Continental meat style selection. All in All it was a Very Pleasant Stay , and although for us it was a 4 hour journey we Will be booking again to stay for a Much longer period in the summer. Absolutely loved our stay. 5 Stars from us. ☆☆☆☆☆.
