The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st May 2026.
- Valid for use from 14th March, 2026.
- One voucher for up to 4 persons.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Advance booking required. Participants must arrive 45 minutes before the session start to allow for kitting out and transport to the river.
- Participants must be aged 8+, under 18s require a participating adult.
- Session length: 90–200 minutes depending on water flow and group size.
- Group sessions only; not mixed with other participants.
- Private session upgrades available for groups of 12+.
- Safety equipment provided: wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, wetsuit socks.
- On-site shower and changing facilities available.
- Activity subject to weather conditions and river flow.
- Changes can be made to booking up to 7 days in advance. Within 7 days there is a rebooking fee of £30 per person applicable, paid directly to Action Adventure Activities.
