  • Guest need to redeem and prebook their tickets - you can not turn up on the day without prebooking.
  • Food, drink, and merchandise available on site at the customer’s own expense and are not included in the voucher.
  • Valid 7 days a week including weekends, school holidays, and half-term, subject to the reserve’s standard opening times.
  • Not valid on days when the reserve is closed for private events.
