  • All experiences are non-refundable so in the event of a cancellation, no money will be refunded.
  • With 4 hours or more notice, modifications may be offered to the booking, however small booking fees may apply.
  • In the event of cancelling within 4 hours of the booking or no showing, merchant may not be able to move the booking.
