The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st May 2027.
- One voucher per group of up to 6, as per chosen option.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- No soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks, alcohol allowed to be brought into the studio.
- Valid on selected pieces, all other items can be bought at a surcharge - discuss directly with the merchant.
- Reservations required at least 48 hours before, subject to availability - walk in's will be turned away.
- Cancellation must be at least 48hrs in advance, dates can be moved to another within three weeks of original booking.
- *Weekdays (not open Tuesdays term time) : Morning Sessions 10am - 12pm .
- *Afternoon (not open Tuesdays term time) sessions 1pm - 3pm
- *After School Sessions Mondays 3:30pm - 5pm
- *Saturdays: 11pm -1pm & 2pm - 4pm
- *Sundays: 12pm - 2pm
- (*exclusions apply. Not valid during East Sussex Oct, Christmas and Feb school holidays, plus not valid for any weekend dates in Oct, Nov or Dec)
- Customers will need to wait for the item to be glazed; this typically takes 2-weeks. Customers can also pay to have it posted to them.
