- Upon redemption, the holiday provider will email to confirm booking details; customers must respond within 24 hours to secure booking. London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southend) are grouped; by booking a London package, customers agree flights may depart from any of these airports. A fee may apply to change to a specific airport

- Hand luggage included; check with the holiday provider for weight/size limits
- Min time in destination: 40 hours for any 2-night break from London or Manchester; 36 hours from any other airport
