The staff is very friendly and accommodating when we reach the hotel. Our room is clean and properly tidy. It’s a best place to stay because it is accessible to transportation such as trains, buses, taxis and near the restaurants if you are craving for something to eat, and drink. It’s also near other shops. We had the nice spot because we booked the deluxe room which you can see the city centre view and the sea view. I would highly recommend it.

Nice one night stay here with my partner on Thursday 17th, hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach and within the town centre. Hotel looks like it’s had a renovation recently in the downstairs and reception areas, didn’t make use of the restaurant as it was only a fleeting visit but this looked good from what we saw. Landing area a little dated but the rooms are quaint, tidy, and have all you need in terms of amenities. Our door didn’t lock properly during the evening, and the gentleman on the front desk came and sorted immediately - unsure of his name, but his customer service was very good from start to finish during our stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Newquay.
