Friendly staff, great base for visiting Alton Towers: Stayed for 3 nights with 2 other families as a base for Alton Towers. Really handy location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good food. Room servicing available on request. But the best bit is how friendly and helpful the owners and staff are.

Great place to stay: Went for a 2 night stay with a mate as we went to Alton Towers. The pub is a lovely place, and the staff were all very friendly and catered for our needs. The room was very clean and the food was great.
