  Your destination is revealed after voucher redemption based on your chosen dates and airport. It’s kept a surprise until then!
• If I can’t travel on my assigned dates or to the allocated destination, what happens?
  If your assigned destination becomes unavailable after booking due to restrictions or availability changes, you’ll be offered an alternative or a full refund. Otherwise, holidays are non-refundable once booked.
• What costs are not included?
  The package covers flights and hotel. Extras such as transfers, meals, checked baggage, travel insurance, and visa fees are not included. A £40pp supplement applies for departures from regional airports outside London.
