If your assigned destination doesn’t suit you after it’s revealed, you may swap (subject to availability) for £20 per person. Changes must be made promptly after redemption.

Booking for Two: Day Trip Mystery Holiday packages are based on double occupancy (two adults sharing). Therefore, a minimum of two vouchers must be purchased to qualify for the advertised rates.
What's Included: Each Mystery Holiday includes return flights and shared resort transfers.
Flight Conditions: Flights are available on selected services only. Customers may request changes to flight details, subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
Destination Allocation: Each customer is randomly assigned a destination based on their selected travel dates.
Destination Disclosure: The destination will remain undisclosed at the time of purchase. Once revealed and the voucher is redeemed, the booking becomes non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued if a customer is unhappy with the allocated destination.
Redemption Process: Upon voucher redemption, the Holiday Provider will contact the customer via email to confirm booking details. Customers must respond within 24 hours to secure their allocated destination.
Travel Advisory Changes: Should travel to the allocated destination become restricted due to updated Foreign Office advice, an alternative destination will be offered.
Vouchers are valid for redemption for 28 days from purchase date.
