- A £100.00 refundable security pre-authorisation is held against your card on arrival. This covers any damages to the mega pod, or its contents and the hot tub, poor housekeeping, annoyance on-site to other guests, smoking in the accommodation and use of any illegal substances. By placing a booking you agree to the terms of this and anything set out in our Ts&Cs, details of which can be found on the terms and conditions page.
- Dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £18.00 per pet, per night under no circumstances are pets to be left alone in the luxury glamping pods. However, they are more than welcome to join you for a meal and drink in our ‘pet-friendly’ bar area.
- Please note that cooking facilities inside the luxury pods are only for making tea and coffee etc. Due to the nature of the pods, we have no extraction. A microwave and fridge are also in the kitchenette for your use. There is a gas BBQ outside on the decking for all other cooking uses.
- No cancellations or changes once redeemed.
