- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st December 2026.
- Security deposit: Required to do a pre-authorized security
- deposit of £100 for lodges via debit or credit card at check-in.
- Pet policy: £18 surcharge to bring a pet dog (payable directly to Mountain Edge).
- The booking will be fully confirmed by the merchant via email post booking.
- Subject to availability.
- Not available on Bank Holiday weekends.
- No same day bookings
- Each of the Lodges can sleep a maximum of 4 people.
- Your booking request for the selected dates will remain provisional until full confirmation is provided by the merchant via email.
- If you would like to bring a pet then please enquire directly with the business before your booking.
- If you cancel up to 42 days before the start date of your holiday your payments will be refunded to you in full and 50% will be refunded up to 21 days before.
- Should you cancel within 14 days of the start date of your holiday all monies will be lost. We strongly recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.
- Voucher deals are nothing to do with us directly so you will have to check your cancellation details with your voucher provider regarding refunds. We again recommend checking those details before you purchase from them.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for 30 days from purchase date.
