It was a really lovely site with beautiful landscapes the only issue we had was with one of the restaurants on site being rude but that was Jacks which is privately owned cannot complain about the site and the staff who work there otherwise.

Loved the lodge although we got a jacuzzi bath not a hot tub which we would have preferred but was good hit with the kids ! The lodge was super clean and tidy in arrival loved the extra touches processo chic etc x the site was very clean and pretty with lights although I thought very bright at night time when being able to sleep. Everyone we spoke to were very helpful and welcoming if needed help. Would defo recommend to friends and love to come cam again soon :0)

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was lovely, the staff were very friendly, the area was quaint with such lovely grounds to walk. The only downfall (which I mentioned to the woman when we checked out) was that the jacuzzi bath did not work on the first night. We spent ages trying to figure it out and tried to contact someone but as it was 10pm at night we couldn’t reach anyone. We notified the staff the next morning and the maintenance man came over straight away to take a look. It seemed it was just the case of turning on the power switch (which was around the corner and was not obvious to find), however, I did say that this should be checked before someone is staying there, or, at least at note in the cabin somewhere noting where the power switch is located incase it is turned off. Once we managed to turn it on the jacuzzi bath was lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Just returned from a 2 night break and after reading some very bad reviews was amazed at how lovely the time we had there from start to finish The service from reception was fantastic and we were welcomed at the restaurant bar The lodge was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely and hot so cannot believe how other visitors had slated it Will definately be returning A little gem

Really lovely place to visit. It’s great that each cabin gets its own personal hot tub, or sauna and jacuzzi. (Be careful though as the deck can be quite slippery). The cabin is very modern and cosy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that lets it down is lack of food facilities. We went to stay Monday to Weds but the Jacks restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The Pan Asia is also closed on a Monday. (When open though you can order a takeaway to collect). Be mindful that there is no oven in the cabins, just a stove and microwave. The nearest place to buy food is Downham Market. Overall a lovely stay

Just back from two nights at Woodlakes and stayed in oval 33. The pod was lovely and clean. The hottub was amazing, the jets are relaxing so you feel like you’re getting a massage.

Booked a two night stay at Liv in a Larch Plus lodge with hot tub. The lodge was a nice clean wooden cabin with two bedrooms, shower/toilet, kitchen area and living space with the very nice hot tub outside on a small terrace with seating too.

The offer says with hot tub - as soon as you book it says either a hot tub or jacuzzi bath - bit of a difference! Completely missold…going to call tomorrow to see if I can upgrade but that wasn’t what the deal said 1 and I have a screen shot proving it!!

On arrival our 1st pod which we booked was filthy, bugs running up the window, bed very unsuitable. We complained and was moved into a lodge, which was also filthy, please see photos, bed bugs in bed, stained mattress and public hair in bed rug filthy, sopha on floor no legs, dust everywhere and fridge broken. We phoned and management cane and agreed it was filthy we were moved again to another lodge 3rd time lucky we thought, this was very clean but the bed was so uncomfortable we could feel the springs and tge wood underneath. Also the 2 sophs were wxtreamly uncomfortable to and ended up sitting in dining chairs. Will won't be returning
