Birthday trip. Great trip at Burnham Beaches Hotel. Hotel interiors and rooms lovely feels like new. Service excellent (lovely afternoon tea with Harry our server). Great spa massages with Ginny. All round 5 stars. Highly recommend for family, girls or couples trip.

Amazing service and relaxing stay! Fantastic massage and food. Had the best stay with great customer service. Firstly we had a full body massage, mine was with Shehla Malik, and it was amazing. Felt completely relaxed and one of the best massages I’ve had. We had a slight issue with a wedding being on site and the noise in our room but the helpful reception moved us and done a complimentary upgrade so we could continue our relaxing weekend! We also had afternoon tea and dinner which were both superb! Hats off to the chef! Rooms were clean and good amenities.

First class service My wife and I stayed for just one night dinner bed and breakfast and have to say were both very impressed. From the quality of the evening meal to the breakfast was first class. Service was faultless from all the staff at all times. Big shout out to Ali the reception manager who went the extra mile to accommodate us during our brief stay. Recently refurbished rooms finished to a high standard and very impressed with the overall finish throughout the hotel. We will definitely be making a return visit in the near future.
