Nice spa weekend. Rooms incredibly clean and recently refurbished, hotel clean. Spa could do with an update but everything was working fine and was able to spend as long as we wanted in the spa area. Food good, slow in taking orders however noticed there wasn't a lot of staff that evening. Customer service approach needs to be addressed !!!

It took THREE attempts to get a room,then there was NOT a low-level shower! The step in was about 8 inches MUCH too high for my disabled friend.WHen I rang to ask about a low-level,a foreign lady at the hotel rudely said"Ring Wowcher!" The dinner and breaklfast were lovely but the room was not!
