A warm welcome as soon as I arrived at the hotel reception. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces on arrival at a £9 charge for 24hrs. The room was large and comfortable. It had a sofa to relax as well. Complimentary water, tea coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Quality ingredients made it so lovely. I'll be returning again to Sheffield in a month and will stay again at the Rutland Hotel. It would be lovely to see some garden maintenance done to this great hotel. The location couldn't be better.

Little last minute getaway and I am glad we choose the hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and lovely, booked a standard room and it was spotless and spacious. Comfy bed too. Replenish coffees at no extra charge and the biscuits. Lots of stairs and it’s an old building but they helped with our bags. Breakfast is continental but also cooked to order, fresh and great. Good value if you pay in advance for it. Parking available, although limited, pay £9 which is normal for hotels. Thank you and will come back!

The rooms was lovely and really clean the beds nice and comfortable will definitely come back to this hotel . The breakfast is absolutely lovely and same again the staff are so nice they gave use some tips on the best place to go for drinks and food out
