Had a fabulous stay and fantastic value for money. The room was lovely not massive but just right, very clean. Breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent. Would highly recommend m.

Great staff but a few issues. All of the staff were fantastic with Gareth the concierge, Tamsin and Matthew especially. The hotel is well situated for the centre and is beautifully kept. We managed to get the last parking space which was fantastic, greatly helped by Gareth the concierge.

Great hotel for city break Just back from a short break. The hotel is well situated for all you need for Newcastle, the main entrance for the city centre, and the lower for the quayside.
