4* Leonardo Hotel Liverpool City Break: Superior Room, Breakfast & Prosecco for 2 – Central City Centre Stay

The hotel is ideally situated close to Albert Dock It is also a huge hotel with very spacious snd comfortable rooms. The free coffee and tea facilities are very welcome and the breakfast has lots of food choices to suit all diners including vegetarians and vegans. The evening meals are available to order and consume in the bar although the choice of dishes is limited. Staff are extremely helpful and professional throughout the hotel. Overall the Leonardo provides excellent value for money and we will definitely re-book for our next Liverpool visit.

We would really recommend using Wowcher to book a break at The Leonardo Hotel in Liverpool. Great value for money and the hotel itself was a perfect venue for our base during a short city break.

Good stay, nice room, breakfast was good - 15 minute wait for a vegetarian sausage though. We didn’t claim the bottle of Prosecco- would have been nice im the room when we arrived. Great location but parking is expensive. We would recommend this hotel.

Attended a charity concert for Zoe's Place at the M&S Bank Arena. Booked the Leonardo Hotel as a treat and what a treat it turned out to be. One of the easiest check ins, room was spotless, buffet breakfast superb, staff very welcoming and the bottle of Prosecco was a fab way to start the evening, can highly recommend

The hotel is located in a fantastic location, close to the arena, docks and Liverpool One. The room was a decent size and had a great view of the big wheel. We’ve stayed in a few of the Leonardo hotels and the staff here were by far the best. They were really helpful and arranged a late check out for us. Breakfast in the morning was really good with plenty of choice. A great stay.

A real bargain for a 2 night break with a good breakfast. Right in the heart of everything, the Leonardo has a nice atmosphere and great service. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The room we had looked out to the ferris wheel and the docks beyond. It was a bit tired but clean and comfortable.

Location great and staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent with great variety to select from. The onlylet down was the housekeeping. Bins left not emptied and things wasn’t replaced once used.

The staff where first class, friendly and helpful. We had a great show from our room and the room was large,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice.

Lovely hotel, great location, breakfast plenty of choice, staff lovely, especially bar staff. Got to our room 621. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with a horrible sewage smell. Reported to reception, housekeeping came to room and thought it might be coming from Shower. After they cleaned toilet it was a bit better. Thought they vould of offered to change our room. Carpet full of stains, which were obviously not cleaned at the time. Had to ask for fresh towels and condensation on window ledge was really bad. Also no net curtain on window.

Lovely hotel until you get to bedrooms. Stains on carpet. Looked like it could do with a good shampoo. Couldn't walk on carpet without wearing something on your feet, especially coming out the shower. That said we had clean towels everyday. Could not control temperature in the room. We were in Room 620

Unfortunately I was not able to visit. I made a mistake redeeming my Wowcher regarding the date I required and was unable to change the date. I contacted Wowcher but was unable to change to my chosen date, therefore losing my Wowcher and money paid out.

We had to cancel the day before due to my partner being admitted to hospital and needing urgent surgery , I advised not the hotel and Wowcher and asked to change the date or at least receive a Wowcher credit. Both parties were unhelpful given the circumstances, Co not only did my partner have emergency surgery , we didn’t get away for a few days , and lot the money.
