Everything was perfect, from the front desk to the Lodge. Wasn't expecting the room to be huge and lots of spaces.Theme park was great including the Staff. Will definitely come back and recommend this to friends and family.

Our family group really enjoyed the theme park as it catered for all the children’s ages (10, 7 and 3). Would have been even better if the weather had been drier but we can’t hold the resort responsible for that!)
The stay in the jungle cabin was great and perfect for our needs. It was generally comfortable if a little basic. Although the door wasn’t fitted properly and so maybe a little rough around the edges. None of which distracted from the fact that everyone had a brilliant time!!

<b>Simply lovely.</b> We have been a few times and we went today Saturday and we had a brilliant day all the rides were great fun and we took a picnic as the last time food options were not the best. We booked via Wowcher and it was a lot cheaper.

<b>Lovely park for families and great restaurant.</b> Park is excellent for young families. The staff are hard working and the hotel is really good. We were here on a Wowcher deal and it surpassed our expectations. Big recommendation for Lagados Kebab Restaurant, amazing mixed grill and very authentic. It’s nice how they open then ‘posh’ part of the restaurant in the evening, so you are eating in the restaurant as opposed to the diner. The food was outstanding.

<B>Family day out.</b> Excellent day out, some ques a little long but nothing too bad, some parts are a bit dated but everything worked, best thing to do is go to back of park first as everyone arrives and goes on the first ride they see

<b>Overall, a good night's trip away for the kids.</b> We had booked the eat, sleep & play package for our boys 7th birthday as a surprise, our accommodation being a lost world den/cabin. We also had our 3 year with us...Scooter treasure hunt was great and well worth the money. Scooters and helmets provided and the staff were great with kids and very enthusiastic. This was actually a highlight of my 7 year olds stay!

The theme park was awesome we had a great day but then we went to the caravan for our overnight stay and they had the heating on at 20 degrees and it was 30 degrees outside, we opened the window and turned it off went out for a few hours and came back and it hadn't cooled down any so we had to pack up and head home with 4 kids who weren't very happy after spending the whole day in the park which we can't fault at all but the accommodation was poor with the only sink being in the bathroom and no cooking facilities either so for the park we would give 5 stars but 1 star for accommodation.

Park itself no issues at all with, a little tired looking in places but does the job, ideal for younger children and toddlers, be nice to have 1 or 2 rides aimed at older ones as I took my teen son with me wasn't really anything aimed for teens. Day we went on a bank holiday Monday walked on most rides or anything we had to que for was under 5mins.
The rooms theaming was great and my toddlers loved it, however it was far from clean, the floors especially was very dirty anyone with toddlers will understand the struggle of this especially after a long day in the park, the shower smelt musty and clearly had not been cleaned, lots of limescale, water marks and even dust in the shower.. and dusty in most of the cabin, i wiped down a lot of the areas myself which i dont expect to have to do. I spoke with reception and asked when it had been cleaned they told me the same day I arrived, and asked if I wanted them to 'give it a quick hoover' but it needed much more than that. We didn't use the shower as was only there for 1 night due to how it had been left for us. Would definitely put me off amazing over again unfortunately.
