The Fine Print

  • When redeeming, your voucher is valid until 31st March 2026.
  • Bookings must be made by 28th Feb 2026, bookings after this date will not be accepted.
  • One voucher per pair.
  • May buy multiples as gifts.
  • Valid for two adults (18+).
  • 15% discretionary service charge on food/drinks bill; please note Crazy Bear are a cashless business.
  • No dogs allowed.
  • 48-hour notice for rescheduling (once only); cannot apply to existing bookings or combine with other offers.
  • Full voucher value used in one visit.
  • Table is booked for 1.5 hours.
  • Some date restrictions apply including by not limited 23-26 December, 31st December, 13th-16th February, bank holidays and all internal Crazy Bear Events.
  • It is recommended to book at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are valid for redemption for three months from purchase date.
