- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st December 2025.
- One voucher per pair.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Voucher valid on selected 2026 dates only, subject to availability and capacity limits per location.
- Strictly 2 participants per Gift Card for Two. Additional participants require separate vouchers or payment.
- Minimum age 18 unless otherwise stated. Participants must sign a waiver.
- Good general health and mobility required. Not suitable for pregnant guests, those with photosensitive epilepsy, serious heart or back conditions, or recent surgery. If unsure, seek medical advice before booking.
- Mandatory safety briefing. Protective eyewear and other kit provided where required. Closed-toe footwear and practical clothing are essential.
- No alcohol or drugs. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry without refund if safety rules are breached.
- Rebooking and cancellation are subject to the organiser’s policy. Missed sessions are forfeited.
- Locations, chapters, dates, and scenario content may change or be substituted. If a date is cancelled by the organiser, an alternative date will be offered.
- Travel, accommodation, parking, food, and merchandise are not included.
- Legends of the Underworld: optional event with very limited annual dates. Inclusion in the offer is subject to agreement, pricing, and availability.
