The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st October 2027.
- One voucher per 1, 2 or 4 people.
- Limit 2 per person, with up to 10 additional vouchers available as gifts.
- Valid only for the option purchased and may be repurchased every 30 days.
- Voucher expires 120 days after purchase.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Online booking is required to secure a place.
- Cancellation rights do not apply once a voucher is booked.
- Bookings may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No refunds are available after the cancellation or modification period.
- Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow the tour to begin promptly.
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated and missed experiences are non-refundable.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service, except where prohibited by law.
