How do I book my photoshoot?
You can book by calling the merchant directly on 01923 234 556 (Option 1), quoting your voucher code. Booking lines are open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

What should we wear or bring?
You’re welcome to bring up to two outfits per person—choose styles that reflect your family’s personality! Props are also encouraged if they add meaning to your shoot.

When will my prints be ready?
Your selected prints will be ready for collection four to six weeks after your viewing session.

The Fine Print

  • One capture voucher per household within a 12 month period.
  • May buy three additional as gifts.
  • Max. number of participants will depend on chosen location.
  • 2 generations or 3 or more people (max, group size dependent on location).
  • Over 18 to book, under 21’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • A fully refundable deposit of £35 is taken; this is either refunded or deducted from any additional orders at the time of your viewing.
