- 48-hour cancellation policy, a 100% charge will incur for any treatment not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
- Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

- Treatment carried out in a couples room.
- £6 surcharge for a set of bathrobes, slippers, and a towel from Monday - Thursday.
