- Must provide the voucher when booking
- The merchant requires a 72-hour notice for all cancellations to avoid a 100% charge.
- Group bookings require a 14-day notice to cancel (groups of 6 people or more)
- Any bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- Please inform the supplier of any medical conditions or pregnancies at the point of booking.
- Please bring your own swimwear.
- Robes and towels are provided on the day.
- Minimum age: 16 years
