- Full refund if the voucher is deemed unsuitable for treatment.
- 48-hour notice for bookings, appointments may be available with shorter notice, subject to availability. Contact the merchant.
- 48-hour notice for cancellations/amendments.
- Provide a voucher code when booking. Present the printed voucher on arrival.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment with freshly brushed teeth. If a patient arrives late, the consultant won't have enough time to perform the procedure, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. A £30 cancellation fee will be applied.
- Requires a fully refundable deposit during the time of the initial FREE consultation; it is inclusive if the patient decides to go ahead with the procedure and fully refundable if the patient is rejected for treatment.
- The consultation fee is fully refundable only when going ahead with the treatment.
