- Reservations not required, present your printed voucher on arrival
- Opening hours: 7 days a week (10am-2pm last admission); grounds close at 4pm
- Entire value must be used in a single visit
- Castle Creatures will be closed throughout November
- Dudley Zoo reserve the right to close parts of the Zoo and Castle when deemed necessary.
- Excludes Santa's Grotto (1st November - 30th November 2025)
